The Park Hyatt is a wonderful hotel for business travelers. The room was spacious and elegantly designed, with a dedicated work area that allowed for productivity. The staff demonstrated really good service, promptly assisting with requests . Breakfast was well-prepared, with a range of options that catered to various tastes, particularly the freshly baked pastries and gourmet coffee.
Housekeeping inconsistencies were noted, such as delays in replenishing coffee and ice.

The room was updated with a flat screen TV, a coffee table, and lounge chair.
Absolutely fabulous hotel with a downstairs bar, everything was perfect. Amazingly nice, amiable staff, amazing location close to Toronto attractions, excellent restaurants, Yorkville shops, and the huge University area, and the fancy and elegant Yorkville. Also, in the newer or North tower.

Strongly recommend for a short stint
Relaxing room, really good location, with a awesome breakfast spread that included freshly made pastries and quality coffee as a family with children just a short walk from the museum.

The check-in process was quick, and I
Appreciated how friendly the staff was throughout our stay. The breakfast at Joni was a highlight, with tasty options. The bed could have been more comfortable, as I found it a bit too firm for my liking.

Staying at Park Hyatt Toronto was a good experience. The quick check-in process and warm staff made for a pleasant arrival. The location is perfect for exploring, with fine views from the rooftop bar. I did notice some noise from neighboring rooms, but it didn't overshadow my enjoyment.

Location
This hotel is way overrated, it doesn't deserve to be 5 stars, many 4 stars hotels In toronto are better and less expansive, - my resrvation by Booked.net wasn't there when i arrived And this seems to be the rule with this hotel( read previouse reviews) - they don't have coffee mech in the room, these days even 2 stars hotels offer coffee mech! - in short: if you are looking for 5 stars experience choose other hotel

$40 a night for parking, but it is valet...

We visited the beautiful waterfront and explored the vibrant Avenue Street nearby, packed with great shops. The check-in was super quick, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast at Joni was delicious, and the hotel's location made it convenient to get around. Don't miss the bar with its beautiful city view on the 17th floor!
The only downside was the noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms, a bit challenging at times to relax.

When we arrived and there was no record of our booking. After a few minutes, they told me they did have a room fortunately. They never told me why they did not have the booking on file, but did manage to charge my Visa from the booking. I am waiting to see if I have been charged twice for the same room.

i did not anticipate being woken up at 7 in the morning by a constant drilling outside and i mean loud! as in they are demolishing/remodeling the building across the street and quite frankly it made it unbearable to stay there
